Barnett Shale Texas

Colby Cooper Inc. has entered into an Oil and Gas industry agreement with Boyle Oil Corporation of Texas, in which a suitable oil and gas prospect is being negotiated with the opportunity to participate on a joint venture basis within District 9, Barnett Shale. This lease is to be drilled to a depth of approximately 2,103 m. (6,900 ft.) and then extended horizontally 762 m. (2,500 ft.). Lease location(s) are to be considered to be a proven “Tier One” key natural gas drilling area. Negotiations are current to the degree of participating Working and Net Revenue Interest to be acquired at a cost of approximately 2.2 MM per well to completion. Additional interests are also available to Colby Cooper Inc. in Parker County and possibly in S.E. Wise, N.W. Tarrant, S.W. Denton, and Johnson counties.
